Life isn't fair?
I wish I could shoot the idiot
who said that life isn't fair.
It's just another excuse for the exploiters.
She has a perfect balance
her creations, war and love, live with each other
in the reflection of her perfect balance.
As we gain powers and insights
similar to her own ... we shift the balance:
Life isn't fair so....
it's ok if I take your clean water away from you to water my desert golf-course.
Life isn't fair so....
it's ok if I mine your homeland for ore.
Life isn't fair so....
It's ok if I build bombs with our resources.
But truthfully, life ISN'T fair... so you might not get that new job...

I'm Free
I wrote this one while watching a sunset from the top of a secluded mountain-top,
on my first night of a two week hike through the national forest.
Theses green fields are so beautiful
These tall pines reach so high
A sweet essence dances around
calling me with a soft whisper
It feels so good to be wrapped up inside it
It feels so good to be free

Push and Pull
When do you cross the line?
Communication can be useful and it can be dangerous.
Sometimes the line between Opinion and Pressure is hard to see.
Everyone's beliefs are right for them...
Ten billion rights
persuasion onmipresent
some rights, self-proclaimed genious
and assumed right for you too
Independent rights bought out daily
with a promise of a better life
There only one thing wrong.
why are they so worried about you being right?

What does it mean to be rich?
Does monetary wealth bring you happiness?
How can you tell you live The Good Life?
Time to appreciate the beauty around
Freedem to fall, Strength to rise
Pain to endure, Suffering to learn
Emotions to feel, Spirit to advise
Birds that calm with their calling sound
Time to appreciate the beauty around
Dig your hands into the fertile ground
Time to appreciate the beauty around
